Founder & Strategic Director

I lead the vision and framework design for values-driven community infrastructure. I oversee and coordinate a network of expert, professional Muslim contributors, ensuring strategic alignment, ethical clarity, and meaningful impact.

Through our modular system and delivery platform, Silsilah Connected, we support existing institutions with tools, talent, and systems that enable purposeful service without burnout.

Shumi Ullah

Co-founder & Outreach Engagement Lead

I focus on building trust, listening deeply, and making sure our work is shaped by the people it’s meant to serve. My background is in grassroots organising, mental health and women’s leadership, and I’m passionate about creating spaces that are inclusive, values-driven, and grounded in real community needs.

My role is to ensure that our frameworks stay connected to lived experiences and that no one is left behind in the process.
